1.Consent first
Marketing email, WhatsApp and push messages are sent only after a separate opt-in recorded per channel.
2.Opt-out
Every message contains a working opt-out, and preferences can be changed at any time in the Consent Centre. Service and booking messages are not marketing and continue regardless.
3.No sale of data
Contact details are never sold or rented to third parties for their own marketing.
