Required

1.Clear AI identification

The Egypt One Concierge identifies itself as an AI system in every session. It is never presented as a government official, licensed professional or human agent.

2.Prohibited representations

AI output is not an official government decision, legal advice, medical diagnosis, guaranteed investment advice, or an instruction that replaces official emergency services.

3.Human escalation

High-risk interactions — safety, health, legal, immigration, payments and investment — support escalation to a human team member and/or routing to the appropriate official channel.

4.Data used by the AI

Conversation content is processed to answer requests. Where AI processing of personal data requires consent, that consent is recorded separately and can be withdrawn.

Requires separate contractual or regulatory review
