Use the in-app report flow or the published contact address. Emergencies must go to official emergency services first.
2.Handling
Reports are logged with a reference, triaged by severity, and assigned an owner with defined response times.

Incident evidence is treated as an enhanced-control category: restricted access, audit logging and defined retention.
