Requests must be in writing, from an identified competent authority, and supported by valid legal process. Informal requests are declined.
2.Narrow disclosure
Only the data within the scope of the request is disclosed. Overbroad requests are challenged or narrowed.
3.Notice and records
Users are notified where lawfully permitted. Every request and response is logged for audit.
