1.Ownership of decisions
Each policy has a named document owner, an approval status and a version history. No policy may enter production while marked DRAFT.
2.Change control
Material changes to policies, government integration statuses or partner verification claims require a recorded approval by the responsible owner and are retained as historical versions.
3.Escalation
Safety, security and legal escalations route to the Operations & Trust and Legal & Compliance owners, with defined response windows documented in the Incident Response Policy.
