Account data: for the life of the account plus a short grace period. Booking and financial records: as required by accounting and tax law. Support messages: limited operational period.
Precise location and live tracking: short operational window. Incident evidence: retained only while the case is open plus a defined follow-up period. Marketing consent records: retained as proof of consent.
2.Deletion
Deletion requests remove or irreversibly anonymise personal data except where retention is legally required. Backups age out on their own schedule.
